Martin specialises in insolvency, audit and strategic planning and is senior partner of the practice. Martin has wide commercial experience being a director of a house-building company and chairman of a local not-for profit company, he also has a significant involvement in the local business community through his involvement with, among others, Sutton Business Federation and Carshalton and Wallington Business Group.

Dean is a Chartered Certified Accountant and has been with the firm since 1984. Dean has responsibility for a broad portfolio of clients that benefit from his business and tax planning advice. He has an in depth knowledge of the construction industry in particular. Dean is turpin barker armstrong’s staff partner and is also responsible for practice management.

Alan Payne FFA MLIA (Dip)
Financial Services and Corporate Finance Partner
Alan who has been with the firm since 1972, heads up the practice’s financial services and corporate finance division. Alan is also managing partner of the firm.
As a licensed football agent Alan has substantial knowledge of the sports and entertainment industry and advises a broad range of clients.

James specialises in insolvency and along with Martin Armstrong, heads up our insolvency department. James joined the practice in 1988, qualifying as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 1996 and also qualifying as a licensed insolvency practitioner in 2002.

David started his career working for Deloitte’s as an auditor whilst achieving his ICAEW Chartered Accountancy qualification. David joined turpin barker armstrong in 2003, quickly establishing his position as audit specialist before progressing to his most recent role as Business Services Group Manager responsible for Limited Company compliance issues.

Bradley Suckling BSc (Hons) ACCA
Business Services Partner
Bradley joined turpin barker armstrong in July 2001 and successfully obtained membership to the ACCA in March 2005, To continue his studies whilst working, Bradley then obtained a first class Honours degree in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University in January 2006 before progressing to his most recent role as Business Services Group Manager in July 2006, specialising in accounting software systems with a number of clients in the property sector.
