We are pleased to congratulate Payroll Manager, Maggie Sowa, on successfully completing her Foundation Degree in Payroll Management through the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP).This latest achievement builds on Maggie's previous Practitioner and Advanced Practitioner qualifications in Payroll Management, further strengthening her technical expertise.
With more than 15 years' experience in payroll, Maggie has supported clients across a wide range of sectors. Her expertise includes payroll processing, pension administration, HMRC reporting, statutory payments and employee benefits. She has also undertaken payroll project work for the House of Commons.
Alongside her client work, Maggie has played a key role in developing TBA's payroll service, leading the transition to BrightPay Cloud and helping to modernise payroll processes to improve efficiency and service delivery.
Maggie's Foundation Degree is a testament to her commitment to professional development and maintaining the high standards of knowledge and service our clients expect. We congratulate Maggie on this well-deserved achievement.
